2.1 The App does not collect, record, transmit, or store any personal information, video footage, or other user data on our servers or on any third-party servers.
2.2 Any footage recorded by your connected dashcam hardware is stored locally only — on the dashcam's own storage (e.g. microSD card) and/or on your mobile device — and is never uploaded, accessed, retained, or viewed by us.
3.1 Camera — used to display live video from your connected dashcam.
3.2 Wi-Fi / Bluetooth — used to connect to and communicate with your dashcam hardware.
3.3 Storage — used so you can view, download, or export video files stored locally on your device or dashcam.
3.4 The App does not request or use location/GPS permissions.
4.1 Because the App does not collect any data, no personal information or footage is shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party.
5.1 The App contains no advertising and does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs that collect user or device data.
6.1 As the App does not collect or transmit any user data, there is no data held by us that could be exposed in a data breach. Footage remains under your control at all times, stored locally on your own device or dashcam hardware.
7.1 The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from children, as it does not collect any user data at all.
8.1 Since we do not collect, store, or process any personal data through the App, there is no personal data for us to provide access to, correct, or delete on your behalf.
9.1 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page along with a revised effective date.
